Stuart Selbst: Biography

Stuart Selbst will be our guest speaker on September 15, 2009.

Stuart Selbst is a 20+ year IT Industry veteran, including time as a Managed Services Provider. In 2002, Mr. Selbst decided that it was time to spread his entrepreneurial wings and start his own consulting firm. Mr. Selbst’s firm was founded and built on the principal of “service first.” It was because of this motto and mission that Mr. Selbst was able to achieve a high level of success. In 2007, Mr. Selbst sold his interest in his firm and began working with other small IT providers to help them find and achieve their goals. It is with his ongoing effort to help IT firms get organized to grow and become profitable has positioned him as an industry expert and trustworthy resource.

Stuart continues to play an active role as a channel advocate working with organizations such as CompTIA, MSP Partners and IPED to make MSP’s successful and an asset to their clients. He is often invited to speak and present at many industry events including CompTIA Breakaway and Managed Services Summit, MSP Revolution and SMB Nation ‘09.

Stuart is currently employed by Virtual Administrator as their Director of Partner Development and Training. He heads up the Virtual Administrator Trusted Advisor Program, which is an executive level coaching program that aligns sales and marketing processes along with business goal setting to achieve success. Mr. Selbst attended UCLA and studied Business Economics. He lives in Mesa, AZ with his wife Loree and their two dogs Angel and Spirit.
